Please do not take this as being rude. The food is very good, probably the best in Laredo, BUT the customer service while making a phone order is the worst that I have seen. While placing an order one day the female who took my order was very rude and did not let me finish placing my order. Please take this comment into consideration before you loose any customers on this type of situation.

I just want to say that your food is great, probably one of the best tasting foods in Laredo. But I do want to say something else, you all need to do something about the small place you have. If we try eating there at around 12 p.m. the waiting time to be able to sit is really long. Also the ladies there need to be a little more polite & friendly. By saying ladies I mean the cashier & the one that serves the tables sometimes. Mr. Bernal is really cool he gives the place an awesome atmosphere. But hey where did Miguel go? You all really need him there he was FAST, ACCURATE, & VERY FRIENDLY. Anyway thanks for the great food!!
